Overview
Welcome to the Twenty Winks - Sleep Questionnaire! This tool is designed to evaluate your sleep patterns and provide personalized recommendations to help improve your sleep quality.
How it Works
- Start the Questionnaire: Click the "Start" button to begin. Make sure you have around 10 minutes free.
- Answer Questions: You will be presented with 20 questions related to your sleep habits, lifestyle, and health. Answer each question honestly.
- Navigate the Questions: You can move back and forth between questions using the "Back" and "Skip" buttons. The first two questions can't be skipped. Your progress will be shown on a progress bar at the bottom.
- Review Recommendations: After completing the questionnaire, the tool will generate a set of personalised recommendations based on your answers.
- Print: You have the option to print (e.g. to PDF) your responses and recommendations for future reference.
